Japan international TakehiroTomiyasu has been a revelation for Arsenal since signing for the club from Italian Serie A side Bologna in the summer. The Japan national team defender is the undisputed first choice on the right side of the Arsenal defence. The Japan international is part of the Arsenal defence that has not conceded a goal in each of the last four home games. The last goal conceded by the Gunners was to Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey. The young Villa player came off the bench to score the lone goal for his team as Arsenal ran out 3-1 winners with goals from Thomas Partey, Pierre-EmerickAubameyang and Emile Smith-Rowe.

The run of four straight home clean sheets in the Premier League started with the slim win over Watford. Newly capped England international Smith-Rowe scored the only goal of the game in the second half on the way to a 1-0 win at the expense of the Hornets.

Arsenal then made it two straight clean sheets with the 2-0 win at home to Newcastle United who are in the bottom three. The Gunners got their goals through Bukayo Saka and substitute Gabriel Martinelli. The 3-0 win over Southampton on Saturday made it three straight home clean sheets with goals from Alexandre Lacazette, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Magalhaes.

For the fourth straight clean sheet, North Londoners Arsenal got their goals through Gabriel Martinelli and second half substitute Emile Smith-Rowe as they secured a big win over fellow top-four contender.
